Charitable Foundation Christmas Clarence House Highgrove jewellery display Royal residence Shopping

By Lucy Quinn.

I had the privilege of being invited for two days in November to sell my jewellery range at a private Christmas shopping event at Clarence House, the official London residence of HRH The Prince of Wales. The purpose of the event was to raise money for the Prince of Wales Charitable Foundation, established in 1979 to help young people, the arts, and the environment.

Best selling products: drop earrings £90.00 and £120.00

Sun ray cufflinks £90.00

I set up my jewellery display in the Morning room which was surprisingly cosy and had a relaxed atmosphere. Understandably for security reasons we were unable to take photos inside the house. I marvelled at my surroundings with family photos of the Royal family and beautiful paintings by famous artists dotted around the room.

Weave pendant £85.00, Maple leaf stud earrings £65.00

I had an amazing time and met some really interesting guests.  Many of the staff had come down from Highgrove to help out for the two-week event were friendly and welcoming. I was able to display a varied range of work including some one-off pieces.

Large filigree rings £90.00 to £110.00
